  • How can I follow my order?

    An email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we get your order. To check for the status of your shipment, click the tracking number that appears in the email.

  • How long does it take to get my order?

    All in stock items generally require 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped to the customer. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you. Delivery time depends on the method and location.

  • Is shipping free?

    All orders from €65,- in the Netherlands get free standard shipping.

  • What are my shipping options?

    We ship our products by trusted carriers like PostNL, FedEx, UPS, DHL and DPD, depending on the destination. Visit the delivery page for more information.


  • Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately it’s not possible to cancel your order. Once you have placed an order and the payment is done, we start processing your order.

  • How do I know you have received my order?

    Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. This can take several minutes.


  • Can I safely use my credit card on the website?

    Yes, the data is sent via a locked SSL connection. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) transactions are accepted. After checking whether the used credit card is connected to the SET system, the system will contact the bank that issued the credit card, in order for the buyer to obtain authorization for payment of the order. After the bank has confirmed the authenticity of the transaction, the amount will be retained on the card. If this does not happen, the order will be canceled.

  • Why is my credit card declined?

    Your card will be denied for one of the following reasons:

    • The card has expired: check the date of validity of the card.

    • Your card limit has been exceeded: Contact your bank and verify that the allowed purchase amount has been exceeded.

    • One of the entered data is incorrect: Verify that you have entered all required fields correctly.

  • What payment methods are there?

    We have the following payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, MasterCard and Visa


  • How many days do I have to return an item?

    If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the item within 14 days.
